As a woman realtor and a "Receiver" (court appointed) in the Court Systems, with personal experience in divorce, I understand that navigating divorce involves three intertwined processes: the legal, real estate, and emotional aspects. Legal proceedings are universally challenging, and divorce introduces a unique emotional layer, creating an overwhelming and traumatic experience.
